How much do you typically tip a stylist at a nice hair salon?

I'm getting my hair cut (only cut, not dyed or anything else) at a pretty nice salon. I'm wondering what is the correct amount to tip a stylist at a hair salon? How much do you typically tip a stylist at a nice hair salon?
Being a stylist myself, I would say that an expected tip should fall between 15 and 20 percent of whatever the service total comes to.How much do you typically tip a stylist at a nice hair salon?
or just a cut, a tip of $5-7 is nice. but only if u like it!!





for coloring, try $9-13





they will still get a lot of moneyt becuase it is a nice salon, and if everyone gives them around five dollars, they will be rich!

Tip as you feel is appropriate and depending on how you felt about the quality of the service. Around 拢3 or 拢4 is very acceptable.
1) was the cut good? tips are not guaranteed, they are for a job well done. if you liked it, $5-7 is good.
