Tell the inland revenue and go on business admin training for one day
Starting a business is more about doing etc then qualifying or thinking and I recommend you bring in a partner at this stage

First get a business license, but more importantly, make sure you are a licensed cosmotologist--or whatever that term is. Make sure your employess are also appropriately licensed.
If you try taking shortcuts, you will be forced to close your business before it even opens. Make sure to have a detailed business plan AND a mentor who is familiar with the process.
